Superimpose is an international architecture practice with offices in Rotterdam, Beijing, and Hong Kong. Founded in 2015, the studio works across scales and disciplines, creating meaningful, sustainable projects in architecture, interior, and urban planning. Their philosophy is rooted in openness, agility, and sophistication: every design responds to its context, blending functionality, sustainability, and innovation.
We set out to create an internationally facing brand identity that mirrors this ethos. The guiding idea, Invisible Impact, informed a system that is subtle yet expressive. The logo adapts by adding and subtracting, both in motion and static use, embodying the concept of superimposition. A clean base palette offers clarity, with bold pairings available for flexibility. Visual language introduces layers that overlap and shift, while typography and layout carry a modern, confident tone. The result is a brand identity that adapts as fluidly as the practice itself: thoughtful, approachable, and surprisingly sophisticated.
